    Eating Penghu-style fried oysters Zha Guei

    We set off to find a local favorite delicacy in Xi Yu(a.k.a Yu Wong Dao). Our goal this time is to find the Penghu style fried oyster fritters called Zha Guei. There are similar versions on mainland Taiwan,but the ones in Penghu are somewhat different. Zha Guei isn’t just fried oysters, it combines cabbage, shallot,celery,vegetables,and other seafood into the flour batter that is later fried.
